Zalando is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across diverse business areas in Ireland, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and stakeholder collaboration. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategy briefings to complex offers, across tech and non-tech roles.

You will partner with business units, build talent pipelines, and craft compelling outreach through direct sourcing, notably on LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Seasoned recruiter with end-to-end hiring experience in tech and/or non-tech.
• Ability to craft proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners to close roles effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas, from stakeholder briefing to offer negotiations and closing.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, with emphasis on LinkedIn outreach.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver timely, high-quality hires across seniorities.
