Mercury is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dublin. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies for a growing international business.

The role is based at Ballycoolin, with a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days from home). You will lead candidate assessment, interview coordination and onboarding to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Formación

• Five+ years of recruitment experience in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting in Construction or Engineering sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong direct sourcing skills using LinkedIn and social media.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and leaders to understand talent needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a range of roles.
• Proactively identify and engage talent via LinkedIn, social media and networks.
• Create talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and provide market insights.
