Job summary

Mercury in Dublin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across allocated business areas, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and attract top professionals.

The role is based at Ballycoolin, with a hybrid model: three days in the office and two days from home. You will build talent pipelines, provide market insights, and guide interview processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Qualifications

• At least two years' recruitment experience in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting within construction, engineering or a technical environment is desirable.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong direct sourcing skills using LinkedIn and social media to identify and engage talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for allocated business areas from vacancy briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders to understand current and future talent needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment and sourcing strategies for professional roles.
• Proactively identify and engage talent via LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate recruitment information and use data to support decisions.
