InDigital in Dublin is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across a portfolio of Irish service businesses. You'll handle end-to-end campaign setup, tracking, optimization and reporting to drive better leads and sales.

You'll collaborate with our content team on hooks and angles, manage budgets, and ensure tracking with GTM, GA4 and CRM. A hands-on role with room to grow in a small, results‑driven agency.

Formación

• 2+ years running Google & Meta Ads at an agency or freelance.
• In-house experience at a service business with ads you ran.
• Strong social and creative thinking; own the hooks and angles for ads.
• Lead gen experience; care whether the lead became a job, not just a conversion.
• Hands-on experience with GTM, GA4 and Looker Studio is a big plus.
• Active AI user; AI workflows used across the agency.
• Always knows how their accounts are doing.
• No degree requirements; if you can do the work, we want to hear from you.

Responsabilidades

• Owning Google Ads and Meta accounts across a portfolio of Irish service businesses.
• Building campaigns properly: keywords, structure, audiences, creatives, targeting.
• Optimising: budgets, bids, negatives, search terms and creative testing.
• Setting up and fixing tracking on sites: GTM, GA4, pixels, call tracking, CRM.
• Shaping paid social creative with our content team: hooks, angles, concepts.
• Following leads through CRMs, websites and tracking, from first click to booked job.
• Judging performance on what actually became real business, not just what clicked.
• Writing reports in plain English: what's driving results and what we're doing next.
