Partner Company in Ireland seeks a highly analytical Paid Ads Specialist to own end-to-end paid acquisition across Google and Meta. You will scale an established Google Ads account, start Meta advertising from zero, and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, creatives, and reporting.

You will collaborate with senior leadership in a fully remote setup and shape acquisition strategy with autonomy. The role requires 5+ years in paid acquisition, experience managing $50k+/month in Google

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Experience managing at least $50k monthly Google Ads spend.
• Strong knowledge of automated bidding: target ROAS/CPA and Performance Max.
• Proven ability to build a Meta advertising account from scratch.
• Understanding of unit economics and payback calculations.
• Experience with first-party data for audience building and testing.
• Creative ideation skills with a portfolio required.
• Experience with incrementality tests and attribution concepts.
• Ability to hire and manage freelancers or agencies.
• Experience launching a new paid channel and coordinating multi-country campaigns.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).

Responsabilités

• Own the complete paid acquisition process from audience research to revenue reporting.
• Scale Google Ads account beyond $100,000 monthly spend with optimized bidding.
• Build Meta advertising from scratch and establish testing frameworks.
• Analyze CRM data and audience signals to refine targeting strategies.
• Develop AI-powered creatives and coordinate with designers as needed.
• Set budgets, bids, and targets using unit economics and margins.
• Design structured experiments and evaluate incrementality.
• Verify conversion tracking across GA4, GTM, and API integrations.
• Manage external freelancers/agencies and scope new channels.
• Provide weekly performance reports by channel with clear definitions.
