Google Ireland is seeking an Account Strategist for Google Customer Solutions to drive growth with mid-market clients. You will manage a portfolio of advertisers, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI.

You will engage with clients in English and Lithuanian, leveraging Google’s advertising solutions to deliver measurable outcomes. The role emphasizes ownership, velocity through change, and strong storytelling in client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
• Ability to communicate in English and Lithuanian fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue and product growth targets.
• Own a portfolio of medium and large businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
• Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
• Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
• Provide stakeholder management and build relationships with the end customer or agencies.
