Job summary

Google Ireland is looking for a results-driven sales professional to grow the Google Ads business with SMBs in Ireland. You’ll engage clients in French, translate needs into powerful digital strategies, and build trusted relationships that fuel growth.

You will manage a portfolio, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive revenue with data-driven insights and customer-centric storytelling. Base plus a 35% bonus target, equity, and benefits reflect market value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Ability to communicate in French fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue & product growth targets.
• Build and manage relationships with clients virtually, via email, and/or face to face by meeting with multiple clients on a daily basis and developing an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
• Own a portfolio of small businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievement.
• Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business & marketing objections.
• Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
