Job summary

Asana is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist for our Dublin, Ireland office. You will provide in-person and remote IT support, helping colleagues locally and supporting Asana’s global operations through ticketing and Slack.

You are collaborative, detail-oriented and proactive, capable of troubleshooting hardware and software across Apple, Windows, and ChromeOS devices, and deploying new laptops using JAMF, Intune and ABM.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support roles, including hardware troubleshooting on Apple, Windows and Chromebooks.
Basic AV and networking knowledge (video conferencing, WiFi, VPN).
Experience working with distributed teams and ticket-based enterprise workflows.
Familiarity with IT ticketing tools (Zendesk or similar) and device deployment.
Knowledge of deployment tools like JAMF, Intune, ABM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide in-person IT support for users at the Dublin office and remote support for global users via ticketing.
Respond to requests via chat and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Apple, Windows, and ChromeOS devices.
Build and deploy laptops using JAMF, Intune, ABM, etc.
Assist with IT onboarding and welcome sessions; manage system access.
Deploy software to end-users; maintain conference rooms and AV systems.
Manage hardware and software inventory.
