Daon, Inc. in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an IT Support professional to join the global IT team in a hybrid role.

You will provide tier 1/2 tech support for Windows, Linux, and MacOS, manage M365 and AD, onboard new hires, and help secure and maintain our IT infrastructure.

This role reports to the IT & Security Director and requires in-office presence three days a week, with collaboration across locations including Belgrade and Canberra.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and cloud skills
• Experience supporting onsite/remote staff including senior management
• BS in CIS/CS or similar is required
• Ability to work with Linux, Windows and Mac environments
• PowerShell scripting to automate tasks
• Experience with M365 (AAD, Exchange, Intune, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint)

Mansioni

• Provide tier 1 and 2 support for local and remote users covering Windows, MacOS and Linux
• Configure and support new hires through onboarding including hardware/software orders
• Ensuring the availability and functionality of Entra AD and M365 Services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, OneDrive)
• Patch and remediate vulnerabilities across applications, infrastructure and OS
• Provide ongoing operational support, maintenance and engineering for Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA)
• Administer and monitor Linux-based systems and resolve related issues
• Onsite management of IT infrastructure including network devices, storage, VMware hosts, wireless, Windows Server and Linux
• Experience building/managing and maintaining VMware VM OS’s
• Contribute on projects and share knowledge; update support docs and knowledgebase
• Collaborate with internal IT support in other locations
