Job summary

Asana is seeking a driven Solutions Engineer to join a new team bringing Command by Asana to engineering and product development teams in Ireland. You will partner with AEs, CSMs, and other engineers to validate solutions, map customer workflows, and craft compelling technical narratives.

You'll work on discovery sessions, technical demos, and solution designs while shaping a new GTM motion and engaging with early-stage initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong understanding of Engineering and product development team personas and workflows.
• Experience with AI coding agents and related tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation and discovery with engineering and product teams.
• Design and demonstrate technical solutions and workflows.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, CSMs, and Solutions Engineers to support expansion opportunities.
• Develop repeatable demos and technical collateral to scale the motion.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy.
