Job summary

Innovate Skillsource seeks an IT Service Desk Engineer to join a customer-focused support team delivering end-user IT support in a on-site/hybrid environment in Ireland. This contract role starts with 12 months and can be extended.

You will resolve incidents, support Microsoft 365, manage user accounts and assist with hardware lifecycle management while delivering high-quality IT service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Service Desk, Desktop Support or End User Computing.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to end users.
• Log, manage and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Configure, deploy and support laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Assist with user account administration and access management.
• Support remote users, VPN connectivity and general networking issues.
• Assist with hardware lifecycle management, including builds, deployments and replacements.
• Maintain accurate records within the IT service management system.
• Support meeting room technology and collaboration tools.
• Participate in IT projects, technology rollouts and service improvement initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
