Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales successes in a software company is a plus.
• Experience using hunting sales skills.
• Ability to create and execute complex sales strategies.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills are required.
• Possess an acute sense of urgency.
• Able to travel as required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, plan, qualify, develop, prove and close opportunities.
• Manage forecasts, close deals, and track customer data using CRM tools.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and bookings commitments.
• Coordinate activities with clients and strategic partners to establish Axway's penetration.
• Establish strong relationships with executives at strategic accounts.
• Get access to power on the business and IT sides.
• Determine the sales approach to sell complex IT solutions.
• Hunt new prospects and develop them.
• Work in collaboration with AE.
• Manage the forecast and commit on it.
• Develop a strong customer satisfaction culture.
• Articulate value proposition and understand the power map on each opportunity.
