Job summary

Aiven is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive high-velocity, quota-carrying growth across the EMEA region from Ireland. You will generate 100% of your pipeline, qualify 4–6 opportunities monthly, and close new logos while expanding existing usage.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of success in high-velocity B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of self-sourced pipeline generation.
• Experience selling to scaling technology companies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline generation in the assigned EMEA territory; target new logos.
• Close 10 new customers annually with ~30K ARR average.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close (~60–90 days).
• Maintain 4:1+ pipeline coverage and forecast with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, CS, Product and Engineering.
