Job summary

MarketStar is hiring a Sales Team Leader to build and scale a high-caliber EMEA sales team. You will coach sales agents across inbound and outbound strategies, align with client expectations, and drive data-driven success. Hybrid work in Leopardstown, Dublin 18, with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You will develop talent, optimize processes, and implement scalable workflows while maintaining a strong customer focus and performance discipline. Fluent English and tech-sector experience required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in managing or coaching sales reps across the technology sector.
• Experience managing full sales cycle or developing new business through prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of sales agents across multiple sales disciplines to achieve client KPIs.
• Understand client offerings to enable the team across EMEA territories.
• Improve team effectiveness by creating new processes and systems.
• Foster focus, teamwork and high performance within the sales group.
• Drive thought leadership within the wider sales team.
• Own day-to-day operations in partnership with the client.
