Principle HR in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Senior HR Operations Program Manager to join the International People Service Delivery team. The role focuses on leading end-to-end HR service delivery operations across EMEA, using data to drive improvements, with a hybrid work model and a 11-month contract.

The position requires 10+ years of programme/HR operations experience and is based in Dublin, Ireland with hybrid onsite work.

Qualifications

10+ years experience across programme management, operations, service delivery or HR operations.
Experience leading complex operational programmes within a large multinational environment.
Strong understanding of service management and service delivery models.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data and reporting to drive decisions.
Experience in global technology or banking/compliance environments would be relevant.
EMEA People Service Delivery / HR Operations experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimise end-to-end People/HR service delivery operations.
Drive operational improvements across workflows, policies and processes.
Lead complex programmes and change initiatives across international teams.
Use data, reporting and service metrics to identify trends and improve performance.
Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Legal and Technology teams.
Manage complex escalations and identify sustainable solutions.
Support the rollout and continuous improvement of employee programmes across EMEA.
Present insights, recommendations and programme updates to senior stakeholders.
