Job summary

Cook Medical Incorporated in Ireland is seeking a Human Resources Generalist I to join our HR team. You will support recruitment, policy implementation, HR projects, and admin duties while partnering with managers to deliver best-in-class employee experiences.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, attendance at events as required, data reporting, and development of induction programs.

Qualifications

• Two years HR experience in a similar environment.
• Full range of HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits and performance management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability and willingness to travel on company business.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection processes aligned with business needs and COE guidance.
• Educate hiring managers on processes, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Design and improve Recruitment policies and documentation.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and delivery times.
• Ensure HR systems are updated and used consistently.
• Screen applications and interview candidates as required.
• Coordinate reference checks, pre-employment medicals, and offers.
• Assist with HR administration and reporting.
• Contribute to induction programs for new starters.
• Deliver HR training modules and support HR projects.
