Job summary

Cook Medical Inc. in Ireland is seeking an HR Generalist 1 to support recruitment, policy implementation and HR projects.

You’ll assist with HR administration and induction delivery, reporting to the HR Manager and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive best practices. Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification and/or CIPD certification required.
• Minimum two years' HR experience in a similar environment.
• Proven exposure to recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits and performance management.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection in line with business needs and COE directions.
• Engage hiring managers on processes, timelines, and market changes.
• Assist in policy design, processes, and documentation improvements.
• Provide regular HR metrics updates to HR partners and management.
• Maintain HR systems and generate reports and KPIs.
• Support induction, HR training delivery, and HR administration duties.
• Ensure adherence to Cook's Code of Conduct in all business matters.
