Job summary

Wtech Fire Group is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in Mullingar. The role covers policies, records, recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with employment law and internal guidelines.

Collaboration with managers and teams across onsite and remote work settings is required to enhance learning, development, and wellbeing initiatives while driving HR strategy and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
• 5+ years' of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong assertive interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in Mullingar, collaborating onsite and remotely as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, CSR & ESG, performance management, pay and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law & compliance, reporting, learning & development, career development, succession planning and strategic HRM.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and employment law responsibilities.
