SMBC is seeking a HR Business Partner to join our Tralee office. This hands-on role provides HR guidance to managers and employees, navigating Irish employment law and delivering pragmatic people solutions.

You will partner with Senior HRBPs on workforce planning, talent management and annual HR processes, while coaching managers on performance and employee relations in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Third-level qualification in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years' HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• Solid understanding of Irish employment law and recognised HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Advise managers on Irish employment legislation and HR policies.
• Lead and support employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance processes.
• Coach and upskill managers in employee management, performance conversations and conflict resolution.
• Support talent management, succession planning and annual HR processes to strengthen performance and capability.
• Collaborate with Senior HRBPs to support workforce planning and change management initiatives.
