Job summary

Irish Life is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the People Services team in a hybrid, City Centre role. You will support the delivery of the People Strategy, advise business leaders on the full employee lifecycle, and ensure fair management of employee issues.

You will work with HR Centres of Expertise to provide timely, compliant HR services across the business. The role requires a third-level HR qualification, strong coaching and communication skills, and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in HR or equivalent.
• Experience in HR advisory, generalist or specialist roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Coaching and ability to challenge appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of HR and People Strategy with business leaders.
• Provide guidance on full employee lifecycle including performance and engagement.
• Offer timely HR services with data-driven insights.
• Guide employee relations with disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Develop and improve people-related policies to meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify cost and performance improvements.
• Lead and contribute to HR projects within the people workstream.
