Job summary

Alliance Medical Ireland is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team in Raheen Business Park, Limerick. The role offers a permanent position with both full-time and part-time hours, 37.5 hours per week, and a hybrid work model (office 3 days, remote 2 days after probation).

The HRBP will partner with management to drive learning, development, engagement, performance management and organizational design, while ensuring compliance with local laws and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or equivalent advisory role.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and managers.
• Experience coaching managers and employees.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management on employment, learning and development to support business needs.
• Promote wellbeing and recognition programs to strengthen retention.
• Drive performance management and develop employees for long-term goals.
• Contribute to workforce planning, design and talent initiatives.
• Develop HR policies and communications to enable self-service.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions.
• Advise on employee relations including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Support managers with sensitive employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Lead HR projects aligned with business needs.
