Coyle Consulting in Letterkenny, Donegal, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver the HR strategy across business and IT services, driving business performance through people solutions.

You will build trusted partnerships with management and employees, advise on employee relations, performance, change, succession, and policies, and support restructures, workforce planning and internal mobility in a hybrid 3–4 days onsite role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in delivering HR strategy across multiple client areas.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to coach leaders and managers in performance and change management.

Responsabilités

• Conduct weekly/biweekly meetings with respective business units.
• Provide proactive HR advice, guidance and coaching to leaders, managers, and associates.
• Analyse trends in metrics to develop solutions and programs and policies.
• Advise on complex employee relations queries and investigations.
• Support performance management, career development, probation, and absence issues.
• Review and develop HR policies to meet organisational needs and changing legislation.
• Support restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
