• Strong HR business partner experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services.
• Confidence to challenge and influence senior people.
• Experience of reward, performance reviews and organisational change.
• Good employee relations knowledge and a practical, commercial approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people plan for the Irish offices and work closely with partners and senior leaders.
• Run salary reviews, promotions, talent planning and change projects.
• Apply firm-wide policies in line with local law.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and international moves.
• Give practical employee relations advice and use HR data to guide decisions.
