Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification and/or other relevant certification.
• Five years Generalist/Specialist experience preferred in a similar environment and country.
• Fluency in another major European language other than English strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience across recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits and performance management.
• Willingness and experience in delivering training.
• Excellent problem solving skills with minimal supervision.
• Proven organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partners across functions to deliver HR services aligned with business objectives.
• Support leaders with organization structure and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations and investigations as needed.
• Drive HR initiatives and programs to meet business requirements.
• Coach leaders through the employee lifecycle and decision making.
• Collaborate with HR team on cross-functional projects and data analytics.
