Job summary

R&D Partners is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (People Excellence) in Ireland. The role is hybrid with a 12-month contract and focuses on delivering foundational HR excellence and supporting the global People Strategy implementation.

The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, CoEs, and People Business Partners to drive priorities, organizational change, and employee experience, while ensuring compliance with Irish legislation and global standards.

Qualifications

• Significant HR experience, especially in a multinational environment with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead complex employee relations and performance management efforts.
• Experience guiding organizational change and development initiatives.

• Lead local implementation of the global People Strategy and align with business goals.
• Partner with CoEs and leaders to drive people priorities and manage changes.
