EY is seeking an experienced Financial Services Director – Business Transformation (Management Consultant) for Dublin. You will lead major change programmes in insurance and banking, building strong client relationships while delivering strategic transformations and value across Finance, Technology and Risk domains.

The role requires extensive delivery leadership, senior stakeholder engagement, and ability to guide cross-functional teams in a global EY environment.

Qualifications

12+ years senior level experience in consulting and delivery of large-scale complex change programmes.
Experience in a matrix managed organisation.
Strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
Experience delivering business value through finance, risk and regulatory driven transformations.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale business transformations end-to-end with multi-year scope.
Build valuable client relationships and deliver measurable value.
Ensure service quality across engagements and manage budgets.
Present to C-suite and guide executive stakeholders.
Mentor delivery teams and drive continuous improvement.
