EY is seeking an established Financial Services Director - Business Transformation (Management Consultant) to lead high-impact, multi-year transformations in Ireland. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and deliver end-to-end programmes within scope, time, and budget while working with EY’s global network.

You will engage with ExCo level stakeholders, shape innovative solutions, and contribute to EY’s continued leadership in the Financial Services sector in

Qualifications

• 12+ years senior level experience in consulting and delivery of large-scale complex change programmes.
• Experience in a matrix managed organisation.
• Excellent communication skills – tailoring communications to suit diverse audiences.
• Strong financial governance and business case experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex (multi-year / multi-million) business transformations end-to-end.
• Build valuable client relationships and demonstrate delivery excellence.
• Deliver strategic business transformations for Financial Services clients across Business, IT and Regulatory domains.
• Manage programme scope, quality, time and budget with EY delivery standards.
• Represent the programme at client governance sessions and EY forums.
• Provide leadership to the transformation team and foster continuous improvement.
• Shape solutions by leveraging EY cross-service capabilities for client value.
