Job summary

EY FSO Ireland is seeking a Manager to lead Business Transformation Delivery, driving change for financial services clients in Dublin. You will guide complex, multi-stream programs from strategy through execution, engaging senior stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams within EY's delivery framework.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in management consulting in FS, with strong presentation, leadership and delivery lifecycle experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a management consulting role within financial services.
• Primary degree required.
• Experience delivering complex projects and strong presentation skills.
• Strong financial, stakeholder and people management capabilities.
• Experience across full delivery lifecycle (concept to close).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-stream business transformation projects from strategy to execution.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to drive programme outcomes and governance.
• Plan scope, budget, and milestones; manage resourcing and risk.
• Coach junior resources and support career development.
• Apply EY delivery methodologies and agile approaches as needed.
