EY is seeking a Manager in Dublin for the FS Business Consulting – Strategy and Operations Transformation. You will lead multi-workstream engagements, own client relationships, and guide teams to deliver impactful outcomes in a complex financial services environment.

Qualifications

6-8 years delivering large-scale transformation programs in consulting or FS
Experience managing client relationships and senior stakeholder engagement
Proven leadership, coaching, and cross-team delivery
Strong communication and presentation skills to executives
Knowledge of AI applications in Financial Services to improve processes

Responsibilities

Lead complex transformation workstreams across strategy, operations, and digital initiatives
Own client relationships and drive alignment with senior stakeholders
Oversee full project lifecycle from business case to close-out, managing scope/budgets
Coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple workstreams
Apply structured problem-solving and lean methodologies to improve performance
