Job summary

EY in Dublin seeks a Manager to lead business transformation delivery within Financial Services. You will oversee end-to-end projects, engage senior stakeholders, drive governance and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years experience in a management consultant role within financial services.
Primary Degree.
Experience delivering complex projects with strong presentation skills.
Advanced in financial, stakeholder and people management.
End-to-end delivery life cycle experience.

Responsibilities

Be involved in and manage business transformation projects/workstreams across the end-to-end project lifecycle.
Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to drive programme/outcomes and governance.
Lead delivery of multi-stream projects and manage scope, budget and cost dimensions.
Plan and monitor delivery, governance meetings, status reports, and invoicing.
Identify risks and dependencies, and communicate benefits realisation across the programme.
Support EY FSO Business Consulting business development activities such as proposals and client events.
Mentor junior resources and oversee engagement revenue and billing.
