Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Consulting Manager to lead business transformation delivery in Dublin. You will drive end-to-end projects, engage with senior stakeholders and govern delivery across multiple workstreams, leveraging EY methodologies and agile approaches where appropriate.

You will coach teams, shape governance, manage budgets and risks, and deliver measurable benefits while collaborating with global EY colleagues and clients in the financial services sector.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a management consultant role within financial services.
• Primary Degree.
• Experience delivering complex projects with strong presentation skills.
• Highly experienced in financial, stakeholder and people management.
• Experience working on projects through the full delivery life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business transformation projects, from business case to mobilisation and close-out.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to drive outcomes and governance.
• Manage multi-stream delivery within scope, cost and quality targets.
• Coordinate cross-stream work with other managers and EY methods.
• Plan scope, schedule, budget, governance meetings and reporting.
• Oversee resourcing, risk, benefits realisation and stakeholder communication.
