Job summary

Bord Gáis Energy Limited in Ireland is hiring an Operations Coordinator (Installations) to act as the first point of contact for customers and installers, coordinating schedules, resolving queries, and guiding the end-to-end installation journey.

Based near Dublin with a hybrid working pattern, you will collaborate across internal teams and external partners, analysing performance, delivering improvements, and ensuring quality and compliance while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service/Operations or similar analytical role.
• Salesforce experience preferred (navigation, case management, dashboards & reporting).
• Team-oriented with ground support for sales/operations.
• Aptitude for identifying gaps and implementing solutions.
• Ability to utilise technology to build solutions.
• Attention to detail while handling multiple projects under deadline pressure.
• Positive attitude and adaptability.
• Self-motivated and able to drive results independently.
• Experience with contractors or third parties.
• Experience using data (BI) to inform decisions and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to customers and installers, resolving queries, issues, and complaints.
• Coordinate installation schedules, surveys, and communication across customers, installers, and field teams.
• Build strong relationships with installers, surveyors, and trade partners to support business growth.
• Monitor service quality and compliance, ensuring partners meet agreed standards and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Support the delivery of boiler and EV installations, ensuring a smooth end-to-end journey.
• Analyse operational performance, identify root causes, and help implement improvements.
• Drive initiatives to reduce complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivery timelines are met.
• Track and contribute to the achievement of key operational and customer service metrics.
