Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client in the Irish energy sector to hire an Operations Coordinator for remote delivery of energy efficiency credit procurement. You will own the lifecycle from handover to scheme submission, partner queries, and financial reconciliation.

Collaborating with external partners and internal teams, you will ensure data integrity, maintain compliance, and drive process improvements while supporting large-scale energy-saving projects.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in operations, project coordination, compliance, data administration, or finance support.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with attention to detail working with structured data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with suppliers, project partners and senior colleagues.
• Positive, self-starting, highly organized team player focused on process improvements.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency, sustainability, regulated scheme environments, or SEAI.

Responsibilities

• Manage project transitions from handover through submission, resolving queries, setting up contracts, and completing finance handovers with validated credit volumes and pricing.
• Work with One Stop Shops, energy coordinators, and partners to collect, validate, and ensure all data meets scheme requirements.
• Resolve inquiries, reconcile project credits, and maintain tracking systems for project statuses and M&V energy savings.
• Prepare payment documentation, coordinate invoicing with finance, and generate status reports detailing progress and financial commitments.
