Job summary

Bord Gáis Energy is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Installations) to join our Local Heroes and Net Zero teams in Dublin. You’ll act as a key contact for customers and installers, delivering first-line support across the installation ecosystem and ensuring a seamless end-to-end journey.

In this fast-paced role you’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders, drive process improvements, monitor performance, and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service/Operations or similar analytical role.
• Salesforce experience with navigation, case management, dashboards & reporting.
• Team-oriented with ground support for sales and operations.
• Ability to identify gaps and implement solutions using technology.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadline.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to customers and installers, resolving queries and complaints.
• Coordinate installation schedules, surveys, and communication across stakeholders.
• Build relationships with installers and trade partners to support growth.
• Monitor service quality and compliance; ensure standards and customer experiences.
• Support boiler and EV installations; drive end-to-end journey.
• Analyze performance, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
• Drive initiatives to reduce complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled and on-time delivery.
• Track and contribute to key operational and customer service metrics.
