Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a Customer Service / Order Management role.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Experience with SAP and order management processes.

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer queries via email and phone, aiming for first-time resolution.
• Resolve order, shipping, returns, credits and invoice queries.
• Escalate complaints to management when needed.
• Review daily reports to ensure shipments align with lead times.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding order status and prioritization.
• Identify process gaps and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
