Job summary

Teleflex is a global provider of medical technologies seeking a Customer Service Order Entry specialist in Athlone, Ireland. You will join a multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate and prompt processing of orders from receipt to delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a fast-paced customer service environment, fluent English (Spanish/Polish/Italian a plus), strong attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; additional languages (Spanish/Polish/Italian) are a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring all orders received are processed accurately and promptly upon receipt
• Order entry
• Returns: ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner
• Credit and debit memo processing

• General data entry activities relating to the order
