• Respond to customer queries via email and telephone, aiming to resolve on first contact.
• Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, returns, credits and invoices.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to management when needed.
• Monitor reports for order status, lead times and allocations to ensure on-time shipments.
• Communicate delays or issues and provide proactive resolutions to customers.
