Job summary

Distilled in Ireland is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the launch and adoption of our new dealer solutions for DoneDeal Cars. You'll own the pipeline, pitch, and go-live, collaborating with Customer Success, Product and Marketing.

You'll travel to dealers and manage end-to-end sales from first contact to onboarding, with support from Sales and Account teams. The role blends remote and in-office work in Dublin, with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Strong closer: resilient, persistent and determined to push every deal through to live.
• Comfortable visiting dealers in person.
• Experience managing end-to-end sales processes including onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Win dealers: pitch our dealer solutions by phone, in meetings and on dealer forecourts.
• Drive volume: combine warm introductions with prospecting to keep outbound activity high.
• Handling objections: address dealer concerns and push to close.
• Owning it to go-live: take dealer from first conversation to onboarding and live handover.
• Running your pipeline: manage prospecting through to close with accurate forecasting.
• Working across teams: collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing for improvements.
• Reporting back: provide leadership with feedback on performance and market reception.
