Job summary

Distilled in Dublin is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the Dealer Success team for DoneDeal. You’ll manage relationships with high-value motor dealers, ensuring they get real value from their DoneDeal subscription and grow with us.

You’ll work with Account Managers, Sales, Product and Engineering, handling queries, onboarding dealers, conducting reviews, and driving retention and upsell. You’ll keep Salesforce up to date and champion dealer feedback to shape our roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in customer success or account management.
• Experience managing a portfolio of high value B2B accounts.
• Confident using tools such as Salesforce and Intercom/Fin, or similar platforms.
• You're comfortable having open, commercial conversations with dealers about value and price.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of motor dealer accounts and acting as a trusted partner for decision makers.
• Conducting proactive account reviews to maximize product value and retention.
• Collaborating with Account Managers to drive retention, loyalty, upsell and repeat business.
• Onboarding dealers and demoing features so they use products confidently.
• Logging and triaging dealer feedback to Sales, Product and Engineering.
