Culligan Home Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in a hybrid working setup at Claregalway, Co. Galway.

The role focuses on supporting customer retention, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the Operations team to deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in customer service, and comfort with CRM systems.

Competenze

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• CRM systems and Microsoft Office proficiency expected.
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Experience in the water/service industry is desirable.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or CRM.
• Manage service bookings and product orders, coordinating with field technicians.
• Update customer records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Promote and upsell appropriate services and products when relevant.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales, Finance teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain CRM documentation and data quality.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Meet KPIs for response time, resolution quality, and service accuracy.
