Trane Technologies in Ireland is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support on site. You will diagnose system problems during visits, perform Planned Preventative Maintenance, and collaborate with service desk, sales and operations to enhance the customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and proficiency with diagnostic software and MS Office, with a company van provided for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service or field-based technician roles.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to diagnose system problems on customer sites.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose system problems during service visits and on-site repairs.
• Attend customer sites for Planned Preventative Maintenance and breakdowns.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers as a trusted contact.
• Collaborate with Service desk, Sales and Operations to share insights.
• Use tools and blueprints to diagnose and repair units.
• Generate regular reports on serviced and invoiced work orders.
• Communicate updates with supervisors, regional managers and customers.
