Job summary

Trane Technologies in Ireland is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer focusing on equipment sales. The role centers on daily operations of the business and supporting our team and clients in a field-based, on-site setting at customer locations.

You will build experience with a global leader, develop strong product knowledge in HVAC solutions, manage customer expectations, and contribute to achieving commercial success through proactive engagement and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Technical graduate or equivalent with HVAC certification.
• Experience in HVAC business or technical services sales is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel, and CRM systems experience.
• Client-facing experience and ability to meet sales deadlines.
• Ability to manage expectations of a senior sales team and prioritise work.
