Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Technician for field-based work across customer sites in Ireland. You will diagnose equipment, perform planned maintenance, and respond to breakdowns under maintenance contracts to ensure peak reliability.

You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with service desk and operations, and use diagnostic software and MS Office to log activities and report results. A valid Irish driving licence and right to work in Ireland are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service or field-based technician roles.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems during on-site service visits.

• Document work orders and report outcomes for invoicing.
