Job summary

ACCPRO in Ireland is seeking an HR Administrator to join a small team and support the HR function across the full employee lifecycle. You will report to the HR Manager and help maintain HR records, assist with payroll approvals, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.

The role requires a degree or diploma in HR management or a related field, with 6–12 months’ corporate experience. It offers hybrid work with one day WFH after probation and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in HR Management and/or Business is required.
  • Excellent communicator who can liaise with stakeholders at all levels of a small business.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and problem solve.

Job description

Compensation: €30-35k basic plus 5% pension, 20 days AL + 3 company days

Hybrid: 1 day WFH after probation

Our client is a growing Irish SME who is looking to welcome a HR Administrator to join their team. You will report to the HR Manager, working as part of a team of 4 across the 360 lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ideally be a graduate or coming with c. 6-12 months' experience in a corporate environment. This role offers excellent exposure to a variety of duties within a growing People function as the successful candidate continues in their career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and organisation of employee records and HR files
  • Support the payroll processes, approval and amendment of leave, expenses and timesheets
  • Assist with the onboarding process and offboarding processes
  • Assist with the co-ordination of periodic performance reviews and cultural initiatives
Key Skills:
  • Degree/Diploma Qualification in HR Management and/or Business discipline (CIPD preferable)
  • Excellent communicator who can liaise with stakeholders at all levels of a small business
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multi task and problem solve
