Job summary

Event Restaurants Ireland Limited is hiring a Workforce and HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and staff scheduling across multiple locations, with the majority of work based in Dublin. The role offers a 40-hour week and an annual salary of €37,544.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with experience in recruitment, employee records management and payroll support, plus strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate a busy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, International Business, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, employee administration, workforce coordination and staff scheduling.
• Experience supporting payroll administration, including timesheet verification and attendance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process: prepare job ads, review applications, arrange interviews, onboarding support.
• Maintain confidential employee records, contracts, training docs, attendance records and workforce databases.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules and allocate workforce across locations.
• Monitor availability, attendance, leave and staffing updates; communicate changes to staff.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries on schedules and HR matters.
• Coordinate staff induction and training; maintain training records and ensure mandatory programs are completed.
• Review timesheets, track hours, overtime and absences; assist payroll prep.
• Assist with workforce logistics and staffing across locations; prepare HR reports.
