Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking an organised HR Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle across Ireland and select European countries. The role focuses on onboarding, lifecycle changes, payroll inputs and HR data integrity within a proactive, service‑oriented HR team.

Reporting to the Senior HR Officer, you will maintain high-quality data, deliver accurate HR information for management, and contribute to continuous improvement projects within an established international organisation.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in an HR administration or coordination role.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Proactive, collaborative and service-focused approach.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment checks, contracts and onboarding.
• Manage employee changes and leaver processes.
• Support lifecycle activity across Ireland, the UK, Netherlands, Denmark and other European countries.
• Resolve routine HR queries and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain accurate HR data and reporting across systems.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration.
• Drive HR initiatives and process improvements.
