Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience required.
• Practical experience in digital project delivery, product management or business analysis.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder coordination skills.
• HR technology, agile delivery and AI-tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR, IT and delivery partners to implement digital and AI solutions.
• Translate business needs into requirements, prioritised backlogs and acceptance criteria.
• Develop a consistent delivery workflow, including templates, responsibilities and approval checkpoints.
• Track timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate testing, launch readiness, required compliance reviews and user adoption.
• Use feedback and business results to recommend improvements.
