Job summary

You will coordinate HR digital and AI projects from planning through implementation and adoption, focusing on delivery, requirements and stakeholder coordination rather than hands-on AI development. You will work closely with AI engineers, product teams and HR stakeholders to translate needs into practical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no prior experience required.
• Experience in digital project delivery, product management, project management or business analysis.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional technology delivery.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams and drive delivery in an evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital and AI projects from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.
• Translate business needs into requirements, prioritised backlogs and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with AI engineers, architects, product teams and business stakeholders to deliver new use cases.
• Establish effective delivery processes, including project intake, workflows, governance and approval checkpoints.
• Apply agile methodologies to manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, budgets and risks.
• Coordinate testing, launch readiness, compliance reviews and user adoption.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and stakeholder updates to ensure alignment and progress.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
