Job summary

PE Global are recruiting an HR Systems Specialist for a medical device client based in Galway. This is an initial 8-month contract role.

The ideal candidate will coordinate HR, IT and delivery partners to implement digital and AI solutions while translating business needs into prioritised requirements and acceptance criteria. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with no experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience required.
• Practical experience in digital project delivery, product management or business analysis.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder coordination skills.
• HR technology, agile delivery and AI-tool experience preferred.
