Qualifications

• Experience configuring HR systems and automating processes in an HR Shared Services or Centre of Excellence.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver global technology projects with strong communication.
• Data literacy with ability to analyze and present data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply comprehensive business, process, and technical expertise to elevate HR Solutions services and deliver a best-in-class experience for end users.
• Optimize the Tech Pod's operational effectiveness and resolve complex problems across teams and partnering groups.
• Partner with HR COEs and HR Technology Team to resolve technology problems and expand HR Solutions scope.
• Contribute to creating a roadmap to transition HR Technology Team tasks to HR Solutions and support resource planning.
• Collaborate with the AI enablement team to apply AI and automation across Tech Pod delivery.
• Ensure a strong end-user experience by identifying requirements and delivering solutions that meet evolving needs.
• Lead medium-scale initiatives and deliver capacity planning for the Tech Pod.
